Dr. Nitin Bharal aged 50 years is the founder and the Whole Time Director & CEO of our Company. He holds a bachelors of commerce degree from Delhi University in the year 1993. He holds experience of around two decadesin Supply Chain – Sales, Operations (Air freight & Sea freight), Contract Logistics, Cross Country business, Custom Brokerage, Warehousing, Procurement/Sourcing & Trading activities.

Dr.Nitin Bharal has worked with prestigious organizations like Swiss Airlines, Sunrise Freight Forwarders Pvt. Ltd. He is currently engaged in developing the domestic network apart from African and US markets, as well as consolidating client network in Asian sub-continent and therefore he is fully conversant with the international business requirements. He has exposure of Telecom Industry, Oil, Gas & Refinery Industry, Leather Industry, Life Sciences & Medical Equipment's, Automotive & Ancillary Industries etc.

He is a critical part of the change management process in Committed Group and is responsible for strategy formulation and deployment.

Rajeev Sharma aged 55 years is the Managing Director of our Company. He is one of the promoters of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since its incorporation as a Director and Promoter. He is an arts graduate from Delhi University and has an experience of more than 2 decades in Logistics sector. He mainly handles Import customs and is the in charge of the Import division, custom brokerage, forwarding activities, administration.

Narendra Singh Bisht aged 55 years, is the Whole-time Director and CFO of our Company. He has done his post-graduation from University of Garhwal, Srinagar in commerce background. He is responsible for the overall growth of the Company.
He has a rich experience of more than 20 years in handling Finance & Export Division and Custom Brokerage. He plays a vital role in the management of the Company. He has cleared the exam under Regulation-8 of "Customs House Agents Licensing Regulations, 2004" and holds the valid Custom Brokerage License.

Yash Pal Arora aged 55 years is the founder of our Company and is currently the Whole Time Director of our Company and handles the Import Operations of the Company. He has more than 20 years of experience of dealing in Operations (Air freight & Sea freight), Custom Brokerage and is responsible for liaisoning with all custom officials at the New Custom House.

Shaman Chaudhry aged 47 years, is a duly registered in the Independent Director's Databank maintained with Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, being the Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company.
She holds a Bachelor's of Commerce degree and masters of arts degree in English from Punjab University.
She has also completed MBA in Marketing from Punjab Technical University.

Gurinder Singh is aged 59 years, is a duly registered in the Independent Director's Databank maintained with Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, being the Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company.

He is a sciencegraduate from D.A.V College, Jalandhar and MBA in Marketing from IMT Ghaziabad.

He has the rich experience in the verticals of Customs Clearance, Freight Forwarding, Consulting & Compliance of Regulatory pertaining to Customs & Allied Acts, and currently, he is associated as a Director with Trigon Sovar Designs Private Limited, Trigon Synergies Private Limited and Codify Asia Limited.

Satpal Kumar Arora aged 68 years, is duly registered in the Independent Director’s Databank maintained with the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, being the Non – Executive Independent Director of our Company.

He holds multiple professional qualifications, including an Insolvency Professional, Company Secretary, LLB, ICAI, Diploma in Labour Laws, CAIIB (Both Parts), Masters in Commerce & B. Com(Hons.)

Throughout his Career, he has held key positions in reputed organizations and has the rich experience in lending, project financing, stressed asset resolution, and treasury management. He also brings strong expertise in corporate laws, regulatory compliance, governance & strategic oversight, along with experience in HR & CSR functions.

Charumita Bhutani aged 27 years is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer our Company. She is a law graduate from Maharshi Dayanand University from the batch of 2019. She holds experience of around four years in the core legal/ secretarial and governance of the Company.

She holds strategic position of considerable influence at the heart of governance operations within an organisation.

Ms. Charu have a broad skill set – corporate law, finance, governance, strategy and corporate secretarial practice – and is responsible for advising a company's board in the key areas, providing support to the Board, CFO, CEO and non-executive directors.
